Dedicated USB port allocation for users in the Windows PC

Question

Hello,
In my windows 10 PC I have 4 users (User #1, User #2, User #3 and User #4) and 12 USB ports on my computer. I want to equally distribute the available 12 USB ports among these 4 users in a such a way that, at any given time, each user can see and access only the allocated USB ports.

For example :
User #1 can see and access USB ports 1 to 3 only and not others.
User #2 can see and access USB ports 4 to 6 only and not others.
User #3 can see and access USB ports 7 to 9 only and not others.
User #4 can see and access USB ports 10 to 12 only and not others.

Any support in doing this is highly appreciated.
