Getting Microsoft Excel is Waiting for Another Application to complete an OLE Action when trying to do Move method in vba to outlook

Question

I have a excel macro where it loops a mailbox folder, test some conditions, if the condition is correct, performs a move method with destination folder however at time it hangs or it throws the message Microsoft Excel is Waiting for Another Application to complete an OLE Action.
