Using Web Part, SharePoint Online is connected to Documentum using OpenText Documentum Connector.

The user is able to connect to the connector and browse the files and folders. However if the user did not active around half an hour, the files and folders are disappearing. It seems to be a Session Time out. How to increase the time to one hour ?

    Hi @Sajith Gopalakrishnan Hema ,
According to my research, Idle Session Timeout in SharePoint Online is disabled by default. After opening, it also reminds that the account will be Signed out, not the files and folders are disappearing as you described. For more details, you can refer to this article.
So I think your problem has more to do with OpenText Documentum Connector. It is recommended that you go to the forum of OpenText for better help.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
