Automating attachment downloads in Outlook 365
Hi all
I am hoping someone can help me - I have been going round and round in circles
I am basically trying to have attachments that come from a designated address downloaded and saved locally automatically
I set up the VBA code - managed to get my IT company to re-enable the Rules Wizard to be able to use "Run a script" and the rule appears to run but does not actually download the attachments and I'm not sure where I am going wrong
Can anyone help?
For some insight - I work for a Telesales company and because of some issues we have had with our telephony provider all call recordings are now being sent to my inbox each time one of the team ends a call (circa 1500 per day) and I really need to find a better way to store them
