How to enable "Azure Cosmos DB API For MongoDB 16MB Document Support"

I'm trying to enable the preview feature "Azure Cosmos DB API For MongoDB 16MB Document Support" on a Subscription, but after 2 days the feature is still in "Pending" state.

Is there something I need to do in order to enable it?

As this feature is still in preview (according to the documentation), you must register for the deployment, which you already have done by enabling it in your subscription.

There is no automated process behind the registration, your request goes (more or less) into the resource planner of the product group, and they are manually approving those requests based on free resources in the requested region, on available "hardware," and so on...

Sorry to tell you, but I would recommend just being patient ;-)
