Email goes into spam

Hello Team,

We are using Microsoft Graph API for sending email. Unfortunately, some emails goes to spam at the recipients side.

Please find the sample email as below:

Subject: Test email

Email body:

Note: The button shown in the email body contains the link "https://zijpendaal.acc.notarisbox.nl/"

Could you please help us with this?

You should get the e-mail headers from the other client's side. This will give you a hint to why its going to the junk e-mail (perhaps they have a certain policy that they need to tweak).

Hi, I'm sharing the details for the junk email.

Please find the attached image. Is there any possibility that 'Message is not signed' (highlighted in image) can be the reason?
or email contains an external link, which also can be the reason?
