Hi,
What is the use of adding a device to azure ad? And how to do the management stuffs on those registered devices?

Can you give us a little more information on what you are trying to achieve?
Assuming you have a business O365/M365 licensing plan, and your computer who are using has Windows 10/11 Pro/Enterprise/Education installed, you can add to Azure AD by preforming the join existing device from this link here:

Single Sign-on to cloud resources.
Domain link sign ins so users can use any Windows 10/11 machine.
Windows Hello for Business
Device-based conditional accessFor device management, you would be able to:
Secure who logs into machines
Device compliance policies
Conditional Access policies
Software installed audits
Encryption key backupsAnd if you have a license that uses Intune, you would get the full MDM solution, allowing you to complete control your devices, what goes on them, and who can use them.
