unable to see my score reports of all 3 microsoft azure certification in microsoft learn profile and unable to download certificates

I am facing an issue and unable to see my score reports of all 3 microsoft azure certification in microsoft learn profile.
I have access to combined transcript which doesn't include score report.
Also I find no way to download certificates,I can only take a screenshot.Please help.
Below are my details.
