API translated detected language to Simplified Chinese when I chose Traditional Chinese

The first day I installed it, the api worked fine, I can translate detected language to Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English.
But the second day, the api can translate detected language to Simplified Chinese when I chose Traditional Chinese and I tried multiple times regenerating the api keys or reconfigured the installation, it is still not working (meaning everything is translated to Simplified Chinese).
Of course, when I chose to translate into simplified Chinese, it worked well but I need to translate the content to traditional Chinese.
FYI, I am using the api for opencart extension but I don't think there is anything wrong with the extension because what it really means is that the api translated detected language to Spanish when I chose to translate it to French...

As I m using opencart extension, not sure which documents you are referring, here are some screen cap for your reference and the guideline I followed:
Microsoft Translator
Create your Azure account there: Microsoft Azure
Once connected go to Translator > Create
In your newly created translator go to "Click here to manage keys"
Set one the API Keys (and region if not global) in the module configuration
Done, you will now be able to use the module to translate your data, give a try in Test translate tab to make sure
