Unable to launch the exam

My scheduled exame details for Azure 900 Microsoft fundamentals are as follows:

8 th October 12:15 PM

But I'm unable to launch the exam even if i login in the correct time.

There are no details shown in my dashboard about my exam details.

Please help me to reschedule the exam.
