Correct bitlocker password & RecoveryKey Can't unlock my drive

Hi,

I have Correct bit locker password & Recovery Key but i Can't unlock my drive and i only recovery key option available

I have an external drive encrypted by bit locker, and works fine until........... I re-installed the OS One day but now i am forgotten exact version of window .

I am petty sure the password is correct, but always give me error: THE PASSWORD ENTERED IS INCORRECT.

I was trying to use my recovery key, But always says: The Key doesn't match this drive

    Sometimes, BitLocker encrypted drive can be unlocked with correct password or BitLocker recovery key on another computer because you have reinstalled the OS.
    Or you may try to use the tool iBoysoft Bitlocker Recovery to see if it helps.

    Please update windows to the latest feature update. Windows 10, version 1511 or higher includes a new default encryption algorithm that win10 v1507 cannot read (and thus tells you "wrong password"9.
