Pleaee help MFA loop

I am.completrly stuck in a loop.

I have an .on Microsoft.com email.and I have a teams and office365 account but have become completely locked out due to MFA nit being setup.

I have the authenticator app but I didn't get it setup before the 7 days and now I'm stuck. There is no way around this.
All the help files to.add device or enable MFA rrly on you being able to sign in.

Sign in another way isn't there because I enevr set it up.
Please help!

Offline troubleshooting performed:

Reviewed the issue and collected the following logs from the session

Request Id: 3f37ea9b-ed33-45ac-a0a2-b3460fcf4e00
Correlation Id: d4f188be-1c69-4103-b8dd-5c32a958ac34
Timestamp: 2022-11-07T10:02:48.237Z

After the reviewing the internal logs based on the above information, Security defaults policy is blocking the access, due to this policy MFA is being prompted every time while accessing portal.azure.com/portal.office.com

Worked with Data Protection team, they verified the details and excluded the Global admin from the above mentioned policy, after which Global admin able to login successfully.

    You can refer to this article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 to find the customer service phone number for different countries.

    Also just wanted to know, you are only the Global Admin in your tenant or you have any other Global admin account who can assist you.

    The only way around this (as far as I know) is contacting Microsoft support.
