My Visual Studio 2012 unable to debug the program normally

Question

When I click Debug after writing the program, a small box will pop up to display "If a generation error occurs, do you want to end and run the last successful generation?", and the following output box will display invalid preprocessor commands. When I click Yes in the pop-up box, the program running box will display that the program I wrote is not an internal command or an external command, nor is it a runnable program or batch file.
