Is there a local GPO for Exclusions for Windows Defender Reputation Based Blocking / Potentially Unwanted Apps? If yes, is anyone aware of any MS documentation covering this?

Windows Components/Microsoft Defender Antivirus -> - Configure detection for potentially unwanted applications: Enabled = Block
