How to autmatically close a program when another is opened and vice versa

Hello all, looking for some help. I have literally opened Power Automate for the 1st time and have no programming experience so this is a bit daunting.

I am looking to create a flow to do the following:

(1) When I open program A, it will automatically close Google Drive.
(2) When I close program A, it will automatically relaunch Google Drive.

Essentially progA and GDrive don't like each other and if I forget to do it manually, the data in progA gets corrupted.

Also, do I have to have Power Automate always running for this to work? Or is there a way of making a shortcut key or desktop icon that I can use in lieu of clicking on progA's icon?

Cheers in advance to all.

Power automate is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Power automate actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
