certification not showing

I earned by AZ-104 in March, but I do not see it in my profile. I'm trying to work on the renewal and I can't do that without it showing in my account.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
