Hi,
Thank you for your question and reaching out.
I understand that you're having issues with your touchpad cursor.
- May I know when the issue started to happen?
- Have you made any changes on the PC that might cause the issue?
- Are you using a Windows device, a mobile phone or a Mac device?
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to fix the issue?
While waiting for your response, I would recommend trying to reinstall your touchpad drivers. To do so, press on Windows key and letter X then select Device manager. Or you can also right-click on Start menu then select Device manager.
A window will appear. Please look for "Human Interface Devices" OR "Mice and other pointing devices" and double-click on it. A list of drivers under it will show. Look for the touchpad driver, right-click on it and select Uninstall device. Restart the device afterwards and see if it helped showing your cursor again.
