Certiport and Microsoft Learn

I have tried connecting my microsoft learn account with certiport account and it's not working. They're both under the same email. Thank you

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. You can request help with profile update / linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
