Domain Admins unable to connect shared recources from remote site in the same domain

Question

Hello,
We are facing issue at remote site where we have Additional DC on 2008 R2, have a single domain with two site and two three DC, two DCs are main office an one at remote site.
Now issue is Domain Admins unable to connect shared resources from remote site in the same domain. Can ping to HO DCs by IP and Name but cant access shared resources by server name, but can access by Server IP.

Kindly need advice.

I'd check the required ports are flowing between sites.

Thanks guys, issue is solved by "reset the Admin password on the remote DC "
