Becoming the school administrator

I have recently joined my school and become the school leader for microsoft learn. How can I become the school administrator so I can view the staff's achievements/badges and set learning paths for them.

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query related to School Admin permission.

    Your account should be Global Admin or having with Correct permission so that you can Add\View other members from your learning account.

    Your School IT Administrator should help on this.
