Ensure you are using DKIM as well. That way it will pass DMARC.

Hi, we have implemented DMAR on our email but when outllok send a read recipt does not use the server setting of the account.
I then recive reports saying dmarc problem ...

Based on my research, for custom domains added to Microsoft 365 tenant, DMARC works with SPF and DKIM to provide additional protection against spoofing and phishing email. Please first make sure the SPF record was set up for your domain. If so and the record is not working, please refer to Use DMARC to validate email and check if your DMARC record TXT record is added correctly at your domain registrar.
