MCP certifications - lost profile data

Question

Dear Support!

My complete profile data is gone.
My points, completed courses and certificates are not visible. MCP ID is not connected the profile.
The problematic profile is other email address. It's just that the ask a question and feedback function doesn't work. that's why I'm writing about this profile.

Please help me. I have exams to renew.

Hello.

I have a learn.microsoft.com profile problem.
The certification profile not merged, or losted data.
Training support say: the learn support competent

Who is responsible for correcting certification profile errors?

We received an update from our Specialized Team.

After completing the additional investigation on your case, they confirmed that the Learn Profiles merging feature issues are no longer supported from our side. Since this feature belongs exclusively to MS Learn and our support scope is on Microsoft Certification Profiles, it is required that you contact directly the MS Learn Support Line, which can be reached through the feedback form we posted in the Public Forum:

MCP certifications - lost profile data - Training, Certification, and Program Support (microsoft.com) ( where is there? )
