Password Policy Complexity Error 0x87d1fde8

Below you will see the error I'm getting.

The computer forced the users to change their password to meet the requirements, but it is still saying the complexity does not match. I have tested this and made sure the password meets requirements and it still gives this error. When I try with the same account and same password on Mac it works with no issues. It is just a Windows issue. It is happening to every windows computer with the password policy rolled out to it. I am not sure what is causing this error to happen.

This is a known issue and Microsoft has released steps to overcome this issue if the policy is deployed via intune - error-deploying-password-policy
