Hi there,
I can print the contents of the message body itself (not attachments) contained inside Gmail onto a single page, but in Outlook 2021 the same message prints across 2 pages, which means my print costs are greater.
How do I print the contents of OL 2021 onto just one page, sort of like a shrink to print type thing.

Looks like Kutools is the only way to go. Do you know if Kutools Free version will work? is it robust and won't cause issues with Outlook in general, in that its a 3rd party software?

Welcome to our forum!
As far as I know, you can view the message in browser
In the open message, on the Message tab, in the Move group, click Actions>Other Actions, and then click View in Browser.
Next it shows in the IE browser, click the File > Print Preview.
If you want to shrink the message content, click the Shrink to Fit, and select a suitable percentage from the drop-down list.

However when I view in Edge browser all the text is scrambled and doesn't keep the original format. So no go here.
Also I cannot find Printer Preview in Edge anywhere, which is just a side point anyway.

Does this issue occur for all messages viewed in the Edge browser or is there only one specific one?Do you enable Internet Explorer compatibility in Microsoft Edge? Outlook saves the messages as an MHT file, and only Internet Explorer supports properly rendering these MHT files as HTML files.
To enable the rendering of mht-files in Microsoft Edge via Internet Explorer compatibility mode:
Go to Edge’s Settings and select Default Browser on the left. Under “Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode”, set it to Allow.
Besides, change the default program for MHT files to Edge in Default programs.
