Meter category, meter_sub_category for azure reservations .

I am trying to map the following services which can be benefitted from azure reservation with the meter_sub_category to the meter_category , product name for all the mentioned services below screen shot of azure reservations. can you please let me know if there is any document which could provide this details or if you can provide the details in the answer it will be more helpful.
