I'm installing SSRS 2017 on Microsoft 2022 and when I pull up the reports web url I see the version of SSRS not the reports home page. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

    Hi @Rusty Woods

What do you expect to see?
If you have just installed SSRS, then it is empty, and you won't be able to see any reports!

Maybe if you already have had an old SSRS and you have connected that new service to the old SSRS DB then you might see your old reports, but that depends on the configuration of SSRS ;-)

    Hi @Rusty Woods ,
Did you configure the report server correctly? See more: Report Server Configuration Manager (Native Mode).
If you have not created and deployed any reports to the report server, only version information will be displayed when you open the Web Service URL.
If you want to access the Report Manager, please open the Web Portal URL.
    Best Regards,
    Joy

    Hi @Rusty Woods
Have you configured the database and URL correctly? After creating the database, you should configure the URL and click Apply. Errors may occur if URL separators or URL encoding are included in VirtualDirectory. The standard format for VirtualDirectory in Web service URL is "reportserver" or "reportserver_InstanceName", and the same goes for Web Portal URL. I suggest you set this.
    Best regards,
    Aniya
