I am looking for the Application Certification Test Tool for Windows Server 2022.
The following page does not list Windows Server 2022, can this tool be used with Windows Server 2022?

The link you posted is for desktop and not supposed to be used for Server, please check this link application-compatibility-windows-server-2022 and you will have to follow application certification process that is compatabile or Certified for Windows Servers.
