10 second timeout for windows VPN

Hi,

We are using windows 10 VPN client to connect to a softether VPN server - with some radius MFA for 2 factor auth.

When a user connect first time to the VPN it prompt for username and password - if the user "slow" windows timeout in the background after 10 seconds and no matter what if the type in the correct credentials, the user get a error message

I tried to find a regkey to change from 10 sec. to eg. 30 - but no luck.

Anybody have a idea?
