How to enable kubernetes version 1.25 in AKS

Hello, I need a Kubernetes cluster 1.25 with Ubuntu 22.04 on AKS. According to the the AKS github repo (https://github.com/Azure/AKS) the 1.25 release is in preview. However, it doesn't show up as an option when I try to create Kubernetes cluster using Azure portal.

So, my question is, how do I access this AKS preview feature. I used the Azure CLI to get list of preview features, however none of them seems to be anything related to Kubernetes version 1.25 or anything similar.

    Hi @dhaval vyas

    I was able to confirm with the Product team that - AKS 1.25 Preview is not out yet. It is expected to be released in next few weeks.
    As per the last update, the team is currently working on bringing Kubernetes Version 1.25 Preview to AKS in all the regions.

    The release tracker says, the latest Oct 2 release has been completed for UK South and West Central US but Oct 2 release do not mention about AKS 1.25 version being released.

    To confirm, I created AKS cluster in West Central US but do not see the AKS 1.25 preview version yet. It has not been released yet but we should hear an update soon.

    Azure AKS 1.25 was released in preview on the 2nd of October 2022. Please see link for releases

    Microsoft does deploy new releases immediately to all the regions when the release is introduced.
    You can check AKS releases link to see what regions already have AKS 1.25 preview version
