Will Windows 7 ESU Be Supported beyond January 10, 2023?

Is there any ability to still get updates of Windows 7 ESU after January 10, 2023? Will it be available to Azure Customers or any type of customers including universities and the government?

    Rumors have it as possible but no confirmation as of now (10/11/2022).
