How to increase the shared folder size without deleted files.

Originally had 1.36TB, but form the screenshot there is 2.64GB free space left.

    My bad yes, left 264GB left. It was setup by my previous colleague and I am new to this.

    Would appreciate if you able to guide through the steps on increasing size or upgrading.

    This is a shared folder that was setup in a server PC and shared in same network for users in the companny to access.
