Do you know if there's a way in the form recognizer to specify the currency or delimiter in the case of a number type ?

Are you mentioning you want the currency symbom become part of the output as well?

I am sorry the delimiter now can not be customized, but I have forwarded this feedback to product manager, we are hoping there can be a feature to customize the output in the near future.
