Configure service cloud certificate with hostgator private key

Hello,
We are trying to configure a web service cloud certificate with a HostGator private key from Wild card SSL purchased via HostGator.
When we put the key, we get the following error
Failed to update the configuration for the cloud service. Reason: The secret retrieved from keyvault is not a properly encoded Base64 string
Appreciate your help !

Based on the error shared by you, Reason: The secret retrieved from keyvault is not a properly encoded Base64 string.
Can you encode your secret into base64 and try again?

Thanks for the info, what we did is a command to generate pfx file and then it worked, but now we have another error, I will post the error
