I am migrating from Google Workspace to Microsoft365.
Everything seems to migrate over just fine, it will show status synced, but when I finalize the batch, it always ends on fail anyways, here are the last two lines.

I am using a temporary domain as the main one is not ready to be pointed into microsoft yet.
mydomain.com has MX records pointing to google
m365.mydomain.com has MX record pointing to microsoft
m365.mydomain.com is added in google workspace as an alias as per the instructions here (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mailbox-migration/perform-g-suite-migration) and here (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mailbox-migration/googleworkspace-migration-prerequisites).
I don't know if I missed some step of the config? Like I said, everything seems to be moved, it appears that the final verification is the only thing that fails?
Did you verify the "m365.mydomain.com" domain name on Office 365 admin center successfully?
In other word, whether could assign this domain name to Exchange online mailbox?
You can also create a test mailbox on Exchange online the send email to this mailbox for checking whether DNS record has working.
In M365 the domain m365.mydomain.com has a green checkmark and reads "without errors"
In Google, that domain (m365.mydomain.com) is set up as an aliasdomain with the option "skip MX settings" *(since they point to the microsoft premise). It reads verified and Gmail activated.
Additionally, in google, the domain gsuite.mydomain.com is also set up as an aliasdomain with MX record pointing to google, as instructed there. It reads verified and Gmail activated. Although, I can't find any documentation as to why this second domain in necessary, and I have not entered it into the config on the microsoft side anywhere so I have no idea how or if it is used.

The error message could indicate that you have an unmatched primary SMTP address and alias from both the Gsuite user and the affected Microsoft 365 user mailbox. To check it, you can try to use the Exchange Online PowerShell to see e from which mailbox the <domain> email address is missing. Run the following commands in the Exchange Online PowerShell:
Get-MailUser <AffectedUser> | Select -ExpandProperty emailaddresses
I have never used powershell, is that an application I need to install? Could this not be checked through the web GUI?
Well the primary adress for the user is mydomain.com and that is of course NOT pointing to the microsoft premise at this point.
The primary adress will not be changed until the entire mailbox is migrated over from Google and we're ready to start using Microsoft live.
Is this the cause of that error? Seems strange that it would flag the migration unsuccessful over that, when in fact all the data is moved successfully?
Here's what it says afterward... consistency score reads "perfect" and there are zero skipped items...
Heey... I think I have missed a step. Under Provisioning users, it says to add these two adresses somewhere (I thought it seemed strange that I never inserted those temporary domains anywhere...).
But where do I set these two aliases? Is this text talking about fields in the CSV file, or should this go somewhere in the exchange mailbox setup?
You need to configure the seconded domain on both Exchange online and Gmail. From Exchange online side, you need to verify it on Office 365 admin center.

Copie todo o endereço e abra em uma nova guia do navegador.
Habilite o calendário google. Aguarde uns minutos e retome a migração.
