You are better off keeping that device list separate. In excel if you must, or some other database. Add a column to that device list data where you, for example, add into that column, for that device, that it has been assigned to <unique user Id, like your Active Directory\Username>

Then, you engage your database people, the ones who are good as creating reports using data from multiple data sources, and tell them that 1 data source is the CM database, and the other data source is <that device list data you are maintaining>, and that the common denominator is that username.

This will not be simple by any means. MOST headset will NOT provide serial number details to the computer. It will also depend on HOW they are attached to the computer, if it is ever possible to get serial numbers.

CM is NOT a CMDB, therefore there is NO long-term data retention in CM.

So sccm is not made for CMDB, what will you say on SCSM?

In System Center Service Manager via console it is possible to create list of all external hardware? And later in easy way find all devices which get some user?

I tried create device list in configuration items SCSM but all objects/items was added to "Related Items". How may I add object in tab "Computers and Devices" to user?

And in the View of Device list it is possible to add column with assigned user? When I choosing "columns to display" I dont have on the list something like user or username or email.

I would look at a CMDB tool like Device42.

Device42 integrates with SCCM, and that way you can keep other metadata associated with your devices in a proper CMDB.
