Pricing IoT hub Monitoring

Hi everyone, I can't find a page that clarifies how much it costs to use monitoring, especially the diagnostic options, within the Iot Hub.
In the pricing of the iot hub seems to be included given this page:
iot-hub

while in the pricing of Azure Defender Iot (agentless monitoring) it seems that there are these costs:
iot-defender

is it possible to have a clarification about it?

    Have you checked the Azure Monitor pricing details ? The description is applicable to all Azure services including Azure IoT Hub and base functionality is included/ without additional costs.
    With the pricing calculator you can estimate the monthly costs based on your planned logging.
