Seems to work fine here, though it doesn't mean anything given the scale of M365. Have you tried the async search experience, via New-AdminAuditLogSearch? Does it also throw an error?
In any case, if you are still having issues best open a support case and report this.

I'm trying to run the Search-AdminAuditLog cmdlet via the ExchangeOnline PS module from my admin workstation but I keep getting the follwing error:
Same issue if I try via the EAC
It's been like this for 24 hours, I was able to run the cmdlet before yesterday.
Is there a global issue with this service or is something amiss in my environment?
