Cannot Access Certifications for exam marks/scores I wrote with a third party.

Hi,
My name is Miya. I wrote two exams with a third party, Mecer Inter Ed South Africa. I use the same email address as my school and have 2 accounts. One School and one Personal. I use the Personal account for Microsoft Certifications and exams at Mecer Inter Ed, South Africa. I have written a couple of exams and was given a link to check my score on the dashboard. However, I'm not able to see that I have written these exams under certifications and I also cannot download the marks/score in the appropriate link, to download my marks/score.

Can you please help me with this query?

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
