redudant artifact storage by differerent projects within azure artifact organization

Scenario: let's consider two different projects in the same azure DevOps organization where they have their own feeds. However, each project configured its feed with public upstream resources respectively.

Question: Assuming those projects are java spring boot, which consumes Junit(for example) in both the projects, ultimately each feed downloads its own copy of JUnit jar which increases redundancy and cost of the storage as well, is there any way to tackle this situation?
