Additional Time for Dyslexia

Question

Hi I have taken the AZ900 twice and ran out of time both times. We all know the way Microsoft make their questions as complicated as possible so reading these questions takes me a LOT longer than the average joe blogs. Is there anything I can request or support to assist me on this?
