How Do I Go Back To The Desktop on WIndows 11 From The Troubleshoot Blue Screen??

This morning around 8AM, I turned on my monitor, and I got a troubleshoot blue screen. I'm not sure why I got that, all I did was install my programs and put all my personal files from my other computer. Anyways, it shows the advanced options such as Startup Repair, Command Prompt, Uninstall Updates, UEFI Firmware, System Restore, and System Image Recovery. So when I tried on Startup Repair and Uninstall Updates, they didn't work. I'm afraid to try other options because of my concern about my personal files. And worst of all, other three options are missing:

  1. Reset this PC (lets you keep or remove your personal files, and then reinstalls Windows.)
  2. Continue (Exit and continue Windows 10/11)
  3. Startup Settings (Change Windows startup behavior)

Is there a way to get back to the Windows Desktop from the Blue Troubleshoot Screen without losing my files?

NOTE: Any false solutions (lies) which may cause my computer to erase my personal files, I will report on you and delete your comment. That's why I can't trust anybody.

    Hi @Rodium 1

You can do this two ways:

    1) Send your computer to a professional (or if you know how to remove your HDD/SSD and have a tool (SATA to USB cable) to remove files you can do this yourself). Have the professional remove the files and place them on an external disk drive or USB drive. If they are very important, you probably don't want to be doing this your self.

    2) You can download the Windows 10 Media Creation tool and install it on a USB Drive. While going through the setup process you can choose to "Keep My Files". Of course, if you don't see this option, do not proceed.

Simplest solution may be to power it off, then power it back on (cold boot)
