MSFT account hacked

Alright.
My Microsoft account got hacked by Russians and all recovery methods didn't work, so I of course created a live chat.
Eventually I got told that my ticket got escalated (or something like that) and that I'd get a response in 24-72 hours.
It has been that time and I'm getting concerned, as I've heard plenty of stories of MSFT not recovering account and getting no response.
My account is really important, as I have spent about $100 dollars on it.

Does anyone know what to do>
