unable to schedule exam

Hi, I am unable to schedule exam in Microsoft Learn through Pearson VUE, after I click the "schedule with personVUE" it takes me to the certification profile portal and then once i submit continue it gives HTTP 400 error.

I am guessing its coz my profile is linked to yahoo.com account. I have already changed it to an outlook.com account but still the yahoo id displayed on my account profile is not changed and unable to proceed to schedule an exam

can you please help
