MS Connected Cache License requirement

Hello Expert,

I have a doubt on license requirement for Microsoft Connected Cache. We are looking to implement Delivery Optimization (using Intune) + MS Connected Cache (in CM DP) to offload some traffic going to the internet for our Autopilot laptop especially for low bandwidth site. However, our E3 license is assigned to the user and not device. Do we still meet the license requirement for MS Connected Cache in this scenario?
