OBJ file not ready for Windows Mixed Reality

I got an OBJ file. When I open it a Windows 10 laptop with 3D viewer there is no problem.

When I want to open in on a Hololens 2 it starts loading but after a while I get a failure message that the file is not suitable / compatible for Windows Mxed Reality ( I got the message in Dutch I don't know the best translation.

Can someone help me?

The OBJ file is made with NX.

    If you are viewing the model on HoloLens 2 via 3D viewer, you will need to optimize the model first. Please refer to Optimize your 3D models to use with Dynamics 365 Guides and Power Apps - Dynamics 365 Mixed Reality | Microsoft Learn to check if the requirements are met and optimize the model.
