i have dell inspiron 3593 the notification panel and access center is very slow and takes 4 to 6 seconds to responds

when i power on my laptop when to connet it to wifi or any other devices the action centre and notificatio panel is very slow to open and hidden icon edge panels have sharp corner instead of round , i have installed window11 on novmber 2021 i am waiting for this issue to be corred via updates but still it is not corrected. i feel very angry whenever i tap on action center and it took too much time

In the Command Prompt window, type the following commands one by one and press Enter after each command:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow

powershell

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$.InstallLocation -like “*SystemApps*”} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

You may also create a new user account and check.
