What does the status "In progress" mean. Is that calling for actions from me?

I made a submission to the App Store. I had made some incorrect choices in the selections, so I was notified with the status, "Attention needed."
I fixed those (I think), and did a second submission. I can't access the first submission now, and it still has "Attention needed" next to it on the Application Overview page. The second submission is listed as "In progress", although my "Package" still doesn't have a green check box yet.
Does that mean my package is now being evaluated, or does "In progress" mean I have something more to do? If I do have more to do, I'm not sure what it is.
I don't mind waiting as long as it takes for whatever process is needed; I just want to make sure that it's not stalled because I didn't do something, or I did something incorrectly.
Also, is there any place the various statuses listed in the Application Overview? I've searched for "In progress," but found nothing.

As per the doc, once you make fixes and resend an updated app to that team, you will be notified in 24 hours if your app is ready to publish or still needs more work. Can you please confirm if you have not heard back from the team?

I have not heard from the team. I made the changes over a week ago.
I do not know if the changes are correct. For example,
I cannot get the "Package" to get a green checkbox. I changed the URL to point to the second installer image.

I was told to change the settings for in-app purchase in the Age Ratings Questionnaire.
There is no setting for "in-app" purchases on the Age Ratings Questionnaire. (I have an EXE installation of an MFC application, not an MSIX installation).
There is a question at the Age Ratings Questionnaire that asks:
"Does the app allow users to purchase digital goods?"I changed that to "Yes." for my second submission.
I don't know if that is correct. I do NOT want any in-app purchases in my application. I want a one-time payment at the time of the initial acquisition. I presume that is done by the Microsoft Store?

Good news! I just got the Packages to get a green checkbox. That might have been the issue. The application uploaded.
Now I am worried that I checked the wrong box on the Age Ratings Questionnaire that asks, ""Does the app allow users to purchase digital goods?"
If I do need to add in-app purchase code, I'm also worried my application will be approved and I'm wasting people's time since I'll have to add in-app purchase code - somehow.
So, I'll wait 24 hours and see what happens. Thanks again. -

Auggh! I just checked, and I have the OLD URL that points to the wrong executable image. Now that it has uploaded, I don't want to change anything, however, I don't want to sell what uploaded. It has an issue.
I really need to talk to someone on the phone. I have some fundamental disconnects in the way to use this system.
