Unable to access azure portal due to loss of authenticator

Hi,
A while ago a created an Azure account. I was using Microsoft Authentication app for login in. I deleted the app.
Now I want to login to azure but i cant as the login screens ask for login request approval from the app which I cant do.

I have tried to add the account to the app but for some reason the app asks for the login request approval also cannot change the login options in the security info screen because that also
asks for the login request approval.

I am stuck in this infinite loop for a while now and have wasted 3 hours on this. Desperate need of help!

    Hi,

    Did you backup the App and if yes you can restore the App and accounts from the backup. back-up-and-recover-account-credentials-in-the-authenticator-app-bb939936-7a8d-4e88-bc43-49bc1a700a40

    If there was not backup, you will have to call up the support global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2
