Elimine autenticador por error y no puedo iniciar en Facebook.

Buen día, yo tengo un Facebook vinculado a un juego, pero le agregué autenticador para iniciar sesión, por error borre la app de autenticador y ahora no puedo iniciar sesión porque da error el código, me podrían ayudar a desvincular la cuenta?
