My cmd has an error like this and I don't know how to fix it. can you help me?

MotoX80 36,401 Reputation points2022-10-15T12:24:53.777+00:00 It would help if you could explain what you did to your PC or when this started. Did you install something or try to configure the command prompt or the Terminal app? What did you type in to create that error?
Your image looks like the Terminal app, but the tab should say "Windows Powershell". Does Powershell work? Does the Terminal app work? Terminal is a command line program so there really is no need to launch cmd.exe.
If you run the command prompt from the link on the start menu does that work?

i opened it through win r and typed wt.exe.

Windows Terminal (wt.exe) should look like this.
Cmd.exe should look like this. If you double click on cmd.exe does it run?
Did you buy the pc from someone that you know. Ask them what they did.

2022-10-15T13:47:06.7+00:00 From the start menu search for Powershell.exe. Launch that with "run as administrator". Then run "sfc.exe /scannow".
If cmd.exe was overwritten, that should fix it.
